Gamedev portfolio – Dijana Rajaković

I’m a concept artist and illustrator with over 5 years of experience working on PC and mobile games. I started working in the gamedev industry in 2016 as a 2D artist. I was promoted to an Art Lead in 2018, and to Art Team Lead in 2020. In my gamedev career, I worked on all aspects of production: from ideation and concept art to polished game art and assets. I worked on implementing graphics, researching and implementing new tools and pipelines, writing and maintaining project documentation, hiring, onboarding and mentoring new team members, planning and scheduling tasks for the art department in coordination with the Art Director, Art Manager and other departments.

Art Team Lead

  • collaborating with the Art Director and Art Manager in setting priorities and scope, planning roadmaps and tasks for the art department
  • collaborating with the narrative, game design, technical art, and programming departments to ensure that goals and deadlines are met
  • preparing detailed tasks for the art department in Asana
  • managing task distribution, workload and deadlines in coordination with art leads
  • optimizing existing processes, implementing new processes for new positions
